Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Made to order - with intention

Each item is printed after you place your order.
We don’t hold stock. We don’t overproduce.

Because of this, we do not accept returns for:

  • wrong size
  • change of mind
  • subjective expectations (e.g., fit, fabric feel, color tone)

Please check the Size Guide before ordering.
It helps reduce waste and emissions.


2. When we do accept returns

We offer replacements or refunds only if:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the print was faulty
  • the wrong product was shipped

Contact us at info@blacksunset.ee within 14 days of receiving the item.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, we’ll offer:

  • a free replacement
  • or a full refund, depending on the situation

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.
After that, your item may already be in production.


4. Refund process

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take 3-10 business days, depending on your bank

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed.
