Returns & Refunds Policy

This returns and refunds policy applies to orders placed on blacksunset.co.


1. Made to order – with intention

Each item is printed or produced after you place your order.
We don’t hold stock and we don’t overproduce.

Because of this, we do not accept returns for:

  • wrong size

  • change of mind

  • subjective expectations (e.g. fit, fabric feel, color tone)

Please check the Size Guide carefully before ordering.
It helps reduce waste and unnecessary shipments.


2. When we do accept returns

We offer a replacement or refund only if:

  • the item arrived damaged

  • the print or product is faulty

  • the wrong product or size was shipped

Contact us at info@blacksunset.ee within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we’ll offer either:

  • a free replacement, or

  • a full refund, depending on the situation.

We may ask you to return the original item; in that case we’ll send return instructions.


3. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 4 hour of placing it.
After that, your item may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.


4. Refund process

If a refund is approved:

  • it will be issued to your original payment method

  • processing may take 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
