This website is operated by Blacksunset OÜ, based in Estonia.
By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the site — including visitors, customers, and anyone interacting with our content.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this website.

2. Online Store Terms

All products are made to order. That means:

  • Production begins after your order is confirmed
  • Estimated fulfillment time: 2–5 business days
  • Shipping: 2–8 business days within the United States

As items are made individually, returns are limited (see section 6).

You agree to provide accurate and complete information at checkout.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product designs, photos, text, and graphics — is the intellectual property of Anti Soosaar / Blacksunset OÜ.

You may not reproduce, copy, or commercially use any part of the site or its content without written permission.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.
Payments are processed securely via Shopify and associated payment gateways.
We do not store your payment details.

5. Shipping

We ship throughout the United States via trusted fulfillment partners.
Shipping options and estimated times are provided at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

6. Returns & Refunds

Since every item is printed to order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • We only accept returns if:
  • The item arrives damaged or faulty
  • You received the wrong product

To request a return, email info@blacksunset.ee within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

7. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order.
After that, production may already be in progress and cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

We aim to provide accurate information and a reliable experience. However:

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third-party shipping or production partners
  • Loss or damage caused by incorrect use of the product
  • Minor variations in size, print alignment, or color due to manual production

9. Privacy

By using this site or placing an order, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
We collect only the data needed to fulfill your order and operate the store.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes will be resolved through the appropriate court in that jurisdiction.
