Shipping Policy

1. Made to order and processing

Every Blacksunset item is made to order. Your order is sent to production after payment is confirmed, which helps us avoid excess stock and unnecessary waste.

Most orders are produced within 2-5 business days. Production may take longer during holidays, major sales, or when a specific size or color needs to be restocked.

2. United States shipping

This storefront currently ships to addresses in the United States.

• Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $75 or more after discounts.
• For orders under $75, the available shipping rate is shown at checkout before payment.
• Standard transit is usually 2-5 business days after production.
• Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories can take an additional 7-12 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, address issues, and seasonal volume can affect arrival dates.

3. Tracking and split shipments

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves production. Orders containing different product types may arrive in separate packages. When that happens, each package can have its own tracking link.

4. Address changes and cancellations

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting the order. Contact us within 1 hour of ordering if you need to request an address change or cancellation. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

5. Missing, delayed, or damaged orders

If tracking has not updated for several business days, the package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or the item arrives damaged, email info@blacksunset.ee with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund when applicable.
