1. Overview

This website and online store are operated by Blacksunset OÜ, an Estonian company trading as Blacksunset. By visiting the site, placing an order, or using any store service, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from this store.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your place of residence. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the store.

2. Products and orders

Blacksunset products are made to order. Product colors, print placement, and measurements can vary slightly because of screen settings and normal production tolerances. Size information is provided on the product page or Size Guide and should be reviewed before ordering.

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. We may decline or cancel an order when payment cannot be verified, inventory or production is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or an obvious pricing or product information error has occurred. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue the applicable refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices on this storefront are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD). Shipping, discounts, and any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout before payment. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, PayPal, or another payment method shown at checkout. Blacksunset does not store complete card details.

4. Production and shipping

Most orders are produced within 2-5 business days and then shipped using the method shown at checkout. This storefront currently ships to United States addresses. Tracking is emailed after dispatch, and orders containing different product types may arrive in separate packages.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying U.S. orders of $75 or more after discounts. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Full details are available in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Because products are made to order, we do not accept returns for a change of mind, an incorrect size selection, or subjective expectations about fit, texture, or color. We will review claims for damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items when reported within 14 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos.

Cancellation requests must be sent within 1 hour of ordering. Once production begins, cancellation may not be possible. See our Return and Refund Policy for full conditions.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the designs, text, photographs, graphics, branding, and other content on this site are owned by Anti Soosaar or Blacksunset OÜ and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit store content without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; interfere with site security or operation; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content in violation of applicable law; or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.

8. Third-party services and availability

The store relies on third-party services for hosting, payments, production, delivery, analytics, and other functions. We work to keep product and site information accurate, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every size, color, or product will remain available.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blacksunset OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products, carrier delays, third-party outages, or misuse of a product. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

10. Privacy

Personal information is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Shopify and the payment, production, and delivery providers involved in an order may process the information needed to provide their services.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without removing any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer's jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled by the competent Estonian courts unless mandatory law requires another forum.
